One of Atlanta’s most wanted fugitives is in our custody in Jacksonville.

Working with @Atlanta_Police and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, JSO SWAT tracked Jonathan Soto, 43, to an apartment complex on Gate Parkway North.

Soto refused to come out. SWAT used an energetic door breach to safely arrest him. No one was hurt.

Soto is wanted in connection with a Feb. 4, 2023, murder at the Republic Lounge in Atlanta.

He was booked into the Duval County Jail on a fugitive warrant.

Strong partnerships help us get dangerous fugitives off our streets.
