@nobrokercom is a fake and irresponsible site for packers and movers. Never ever book your pacers and movers from them. They picked up my goods on 3rd September and was supposed to be delivered by today. Now they are telling they won't be able to deliver the items.

@JioCare @reliancejio Myjio fiber router got replaced but the adapter is chargeable. How come the adaptor is separate from the router?? Moreover, I didn't get any bill for the adaptor. I reached out to customer care they confirmed no bill will be there. What kind of scam is this?

@JioCare Router should come with its own adaptor, right?? The router replacement process is not transparent what I feel.

@JioCare I got a response as "Any charges, if applicable, will be informed by our engineer at the time of the visit". Can you please clarify why no bill was provided for those charges??
Also I didn't get any answer of why I have to pay extra for adaptor in case of router replacement??
