A tough afternoon at the Ukunda Show Ground as we fall short against a clinical Gituru FC in our Round 27 fixture.

We came out with more fight in the second half, pulling one back through a calmly converted penalty by Madogor to give us a lifeline. However, Gituru managed to find the back of the net twice more before the final whistle to seal the points.
There is no hiding from the reality of our current situation. This defeat hurts and the relegation battle just got tougher. But if there is one thing about SS Assad FC, it is that we do not back down when our backs are against the wall.
