Eggs (yolks specifically, preferably uncooked) are the best choline source if tolerated
If not, Sunflower lecithin powder (not oil/liquid) is a second, very comparable to yolks
Beyond that, there are forms like Alpha GPC, Choline Bitartrate (less preferable), CDP-Choline, etc
I gotta ramp up choline again, I "intuitively" was eating massive amounts of sunflower lecithin a few years back and really liked it for whatever reason, this was before I knew much about these subjects
Last year and a half have had subpar choline intake, maybe 300-400mg most days

@theNOBSdentist Even Green apples, blueberries, strawberries, etc can all be acidic enough in the wrong context of weak enamel, especially if eaten very frequently
Might be part of why I liked TMG so much for a while
Even with Betaine HCl, you are getting the Methyl donor aspect of TMG (Which is Betaine), and this supplies a downstream role of choline as a methyl donor which converts downstream to TMG (but not the other way around)

Adjust your exposure to stressors based on your own personal hormetic threshold. This is very important. A very sick person may not be able to withstand midday sun, or extreme cold temperatures, or fasting for prolonged periods.
