@VirginAtlantic I had 4hr delay when connecting at JFK for flight to Vegas. Due to lack of staff at Immigration. This meant a missed connecting flight. @NatWestGroup “Premier” Black Travel insurance have rejected claims for Hotel and taxi compensation.
