Introducing Kenze Gorges which is situated in Kilome Hills (Makueni County). It’s a hilly area with a river that runs through some intriguing rock formations. It gets very hot during the day but the views are so worth it.

What happened in the Senate Chamber on 25th March 2026 was not just an embarrassment but a gross violation of the dignity of a child. A young female student who went to Parliament under the School Voluntary Service Scheme to learn was met with inappropriate and degrading remarks from Senator Karen Nyamu.
The Senate must be a SAFE space that affirms the dignity and future of our Children. Article 53(1)(d) of the Constitution guarantees every child the right to be protected from abuse and inhuman treatment. Article 53(2) makes the child's best interests paramount in every matter with no exceptions. Additionally, Section 22(1) of the Children Act 2022 prohibits any person from subjecting a child to psychological abuse which includes acts causing embarrassment and humiliation.
I call upon the Senate to go beyond accepting the theatrical apology and take concrete accountability measures. Senator Karen Nyamu still sought to justify her conduct even while purporting to apologise. An apology that is read and accepted in minutes is NOT justice. If we are serious about protecting the girl child, then our institutions must reflect that seriousness.
300 Kenyans from Kargi and Kalacha, Marsabit and Isiolo counties have filed a petition at the Environment and Lands Court alleging that waste from 1980s oil exploration by Amoco (later acquired by BP) contaminated their only water sources.
In a two minutes piece covered by Al Jazeera, the families are speaking of cancer diagnoses, loss of life, and the collapse of livelihoods tied to livestock.
Here is the clip.
@Alfayaz11 This is just another money making scheme 💰 . They are always picking the easy targets. We’ve all seen the “licensed” PSVs falling apart on our roads and garbage collection trucks that look worse than the garbage they carry.
Just watched Too Early For Birds’ play celebrating Prof. Wangarĩ Maathai's extraordinary life! Her story of resilience and activism is more relevant than ever. What an epic performance 👌🏾don’t miss it! It was well attended and I’m happy to see local talent being supported 🤗
This country is led by retards. If this does not make you angry, then I don't know what will. After listening to this two minutes clip, you will understand why @OkiyaOmtatah is in court fighting Odious debts.
Listen here: The killer regime is paying commitment fees for loans yet to be received, and the loans were signed without a defined purpose. Like technically, these crooks are auctioning us to foreign lenders like World Bank and IMF. How do you apply for a loan you don't have a clear purpose for? They are illegally borrowing to service their lavish lifestyles and political PRs. This debt trap is deliberate auctioning. They are enslaving us.
Fvck William Ruto and his murderous brigade.

@_James041 This is quite unfortunate. How will we attract funding as a country if we have an unpredictable business environment that is harsh to investors?
