Tonight was our senior night! So proud of our kids - our seniors who represented us through their years in our program, our underclassmen who set up senior night, and our alumni who come back to help us run the meets.
SSC Boys (93-27)and Girls (36-26) Both take the W.

Leadership is a lot of things - some of us are loud, some of lead from the front, but we all can lead in our own way. Today we gave out a unique and special award for us - we gave our Swimmer MacKenzie her captain cap for motivating her teammates above and beyond.

Our annual iron swim winners - Gio takes the win, Avan and Melusi finish 2/3! It was a weird christmas practice time - these three persevered! We are ready to get back to "normal" on Monday.

A reminder: swim camp begins next Monday, at 9 am. It will be Monday-Friday, 9-11 am. The expectation is all returning swimmers and people planning to be part of the 24-25 team. will be there - expect reminders through the week. We will be focusing on technique/drill work!

Proud of these kids as we finish RCC finals. Every group is special in their own way- this group will be remembered for their tenacity, willingness to persevere and hilarious sense of humor. Glad to have them, and excited to have most of them back next year!

Coming home from a succesful meet - plenty of prs, medals and finals appearances. Proud of our kids for swimming well in our toughest week of the season - now time for rest, refuel and reload.

Our road warriors are back at it this morning at the BT Invite Finals - our boys have had a busy week. Our finalists are competing for the 4th time in 5 days. Looking forward to great times and rest!
