Hi @johnlewishelp - ordered 11 MacBooks on Monday. They arrived yesterday. Out of 11 (sealed) boxes only 6 contain laptops. We haven’t opened 4 of the empty ones as it’s obvious from the weight. Customer service unresponsive, I already have a case open. Need laptops now. Help!!

@SkySportsF1 why is the Sprint replay not on now? I tuned in at 8pm - as per the schedule - and Ted instantly told me who won, and who didn’t. Then for the past 48 minutes it’s been some old Haas rubbish and now F1 academy coverage. I pay £150 a month for sky. Do better!!!!!

@charliewat17 @coffeethething Probably. Not everyone will have a code to use at the end of the queue to unlock them. And it will be counting the folk who have multiple tabs/computers open too. There won’t be 75k actual people ahead of you that are entitled to buy tickets

@catchfireswift It’ll be because of people using multiple tabs and computers… it’s really annoying. Stick to one as a presale code is only valid once anyway. There will be less than 90k actual people in the queue ahead of you so you should be ok. I’m 120,000th!
