@genospsychosis @boreal1984 mha is about tackling societal problems which in turn would effect the way laws and such are implemented we see this clearly being done in the story. his message does address the corruption, but in a broader scale than just listing off all of the issues in the system.

@Chocolatebluu @LlehsaderobV2 @yoshxggy well the manga itself provides other ways of how people have gotten better through the means of education, the city is far less discriminatory towards heteromorphs bc of this. with people like koda, used as examples as heteromorphs who never had to struggle personally.
