One thing I love about The Baganda is, They’re Everywhere. And I mean everywhere. Or if they’re not physically there, atleast the Luganda language is in use and this time not by Baganda or a muganda but by people of other tribes.

Yesterday I travelled to Soroti and while looking for something on the streets, I stopped somewhere and asked these guys but in Luganda and to my surprise they responded 😂😂😂😂😂😂 by their looks, they were typical “Itesots”. Our earlier fear was that non knew Luganda. So this was a blow.

Sometime ago, I went to Moroto and the same thing happened. Travelled the whole of Uganda and I continue to get surprised how the Buganda influence and language has been on all Ugandans and in every part of this country.

Where I come from (Bugisu) region, Luganda is as widely spoken as Lugisu / Lumasaba. The kakungulu effect really worked out well in Mbale. You’d think you’re in Kampala / Buganda. Sometimes people are shocked by my perfect Luganda 😂😂😂😂😂😂

There’s a person who recently said if you go somewhere be it in Uganda or outside and not find Baganda, just know there’s no money in that place. And indeed it’s true. The Baganda Love Money.😂😂😂😂😂 But to me They’re smart and sometimes their smartness is mistaken for theft LOL.

Baganda women are equally among the sweetest women around. They’re caring and take their men to be their Kings. Okay things have changed alittle but our mothers were raised to hold the man with high regard👌 a Muganda woman can make you sell your ancestral home for her.😂😂😂😂 and I love it. They’re caring use sweetness to attain this.

If it wasn’t for the East African community where we need to atleast speak one common language, I’d vie for Luganda as our second language (read National language).

Anyway, I Love you Baganda. Awangale Sabasajja Kabaka ❤️
