@JioCare It’s been 5 days, and the issue is still unresolved. I had an engineer appointment scheduled for today, but again, no one came or even called.

Please give a clear reason why engineers are not visiting. I need this resolved urgently.

@JioCare My internet has been down for 4 days and still no solution. Engineer visits were scheduled twice but no one showed up. Customer care just keeps giving generic replies with no action. Please resolve this immediately.
