@myntra @MyntraSupport bought the product and paid! And when it comes for replacement and refund it takes lots of time provide resolution. Bought products 3 weeks back and still didn’t get the resolution? Felt like either Myntra or seller is not working on quality?

Because shop we can try and check the quality before buying. But myntra its not cause what if tag is not with item?

@letsblinkit :- i recently purchased air fryer from your plateform thought blinkit would deliver it faster then other platforms. And yes they did but what i got the faulty product/damaged product. I immediately contacted the customer care they said wait for 24 hours.

Doesn’t have the way to directly call customer care. The front line Customer care team are very Pathetic. They are only using the generic script.
