@ahandvanish My husband has LC w/severe PEM. As a triathlete and recent Ironman it’s incredibly disheartening. Also has Specific Antibody Deficiency and had his first IVIG test dose last week with significant improvement in fatigue that lasted just a few days. Hopeful this will help longterm.
