@virginmedia Your team don't have a clue whats going on.. engineers don't talk to pre installation.. just "this is the date on the system it will happen"

@virginmedia So was an external blockage, cleared that.. then said there was another external blockage.. keep changing the external construction date.. probably had about 20 of them.. and then they change internal date.. had 4 new installation dates
