So @EtihadHelp have damaged my bag and are the world’s worst at dealing with. They are making it impossible to claim for the replacement I had to buy whilst on holiday for onward travel. AVOID THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR BAGGAGE SAFE AND UNDAMAGED!! In fact just AVOID THEM.

@EtihadHelp and your complaints process is rubbish! This on top of my daughter being harassed on her last flight with you and your crew doing nothing to help until I mentioned it on Twitter. Then she was told to take down the post or you wouldn’t let her off flight!!

So @EtihadHelp you’ve damaged my suitcase so i had to take time out to buy one as I was transiting through Abu Dhabi for a couple of days before my onward journey to Australia and I’ve sent everything you’ve asked for including photos of the bag I’ve had to leave behind 1/2
