@GamingWithNuke I feel many people don’t truly understand it. On paper the idea of being pair against similar skill level sounds great. Halo 3 had it where you were pair will skill ratings around yours. That being said now a days it’s not the same feeling.

@GamingWithNuke Then you get put into a game where you do really well and the system tries to put you with that group of players that did the same as you. But let’s say you had one or two good games. Now you’re in a match with people in a higher skill level.

@3denFPS It was a shame, I used to stream this game for days on end. Even tried applying to them since I stream it like 3-4 days a week. Felt pretty good at it. It felt fun even when I lost, I didn’t get frustrated like I do in Cod due to the movement gods sliding everywhere.

Big Announcement!

We're expanding beyond Twitter/X we finally have a Discord up and running! We wanted to branch out from Twitter/X as we are limited to what we can and want to do. We have a dedicated team to help run it and hopefully more in the future to join us!

We hope to grow and bring as many of you as possible over to that side while supporting Twitter/X as well. We will continue to value and bring what we believe here that's a safe place for people to post Halo content away from the negativity you see online. Just a place to feel connected with each other whether you're just a member or a Mod everyone should be equal and able to talk to anyone at a given time if they need to. In the end we are here for one thing and that's Halo.

As always both can be used as a resource to help yourself grow and meet others. Additionally we have the freedom to host events like game nights and more in the future! We will also bring our spotlights over as well. Everything is still evolving as each day passes so feedback on the server is welcomed! For now we will have it run like we do here so talk as you would in the connected page like normal but this time with unique sub categories for said topics.

The same rules and structure applies as it does here for those who have been with the community for years. I know quite a few of you have been asking for us to make one and we've been working hard to make sure it was done right. We genuinely believe this idea of Connected and found others who do to.
