@FeitCanWrite The ticket office skipped Marketing 101 class. Loyalty is priceless-the guaranteed donation is not the issue- the reseat is the issue. Literally someone who has never been to a game can walk in, write a $50,000 check and pick just about any seat they want.
@TylerJonKai@Huskers@HuskerFootball And your grand plan puts ZERO wait on years of purchasing tickets. FYI- many families have purchased tickets for 50, 75 or in our case 100 years. Quick present value of money that is $7.5 million in today’s dollars and no weight given. Sad- Marketing 101-Loyalty priceless
@DellCares Already sent you the service tag. Look at the string! 30 days with no response- you shipped a broken computer and now you don’t want to do anything about! Awesome business model. About to post the receipts.
Bravo @Dell 45 day old XPS, multiple issues and does not work. Now 30 days later you cannot get the parts- I am left with a computer that does not work and your team has NO answers. Really amazing. You ship $2000 computers that are broken and do not work. Amazing model.
@DellCares A. I respectfully request you tell me what you are going to do to solve the problem. You have had 30 Days to Repair, Replace or Return my money. You still have done nothing. Buyers be aware of buying a @Dell XPS computer. They ship them knowing they do not work.
@DellCares Why don’t you send me a Private Message with how you are going to solve the problem. 24 hours later you still cannot figure it out? Pretty simple- fix or replace. Pick which one you want to do. Times up!
@DellCares No- better to keep it public. 24 hours later and you still can figure out what to do- amazing incompetency. You shipped a broken computer, after 30 days you cannot even get the parts and we still have a broken computer. It has been broken longer than it was turned on.
@DellCares 30 days and now 24 hours and you can not come up with a solution for a $2000 computer that you shipped that doesn’t work. Wow! Great business model.
@DellCares Then resolve it. 30 days later I still have a broken computer that you cannot get a part for……hmmm. All I have heard for 30 days is “we will resolve it” and “give us 24 -48 hours”. Still nothing.
@DellCares Amazing. It has only taken your 30 days of a computer that does not work to tell me 24-48 hours. Have heard the same BS for 30 days! You have not only followed up- you have missed dates and times for parts to be delivered, installed and to have a BS computer to be fixed.

@DellCares Here is the case number. 228412625. Fix the computer tomorrow or send me the tracking number for a replacement - not really that hard. Would think at 30 days of dealing with your BS you would want to solve the problem. But you have my money so no need to solve the problem.
@DellCares We “empathize” - wow. What does that do? $2000 new computer that does not work- and you empathize @MichaelDell. Still no solution… but we “emphatize”. Maybe someone on the team will give me all call and tell me how you are going to fix selling me a broken $2000 computer.
@sskuhlman We truly empathize with your current circumstances and want to assure you that we fully comprehend the challenges you are facing. At this moment, the service we are providing is still a work in progress, and we are actively working to improve to meet your needs more effectively. https://t.co/oEoSPnwg0y
@DellCares Nope. At this point- after 30 days of a BROKEN computer, which was 45 days old. This needs to be in the public domain. Shipping horrible, broken computers and then having NO solution is not acceptable. Your agents in India do not understand this is an issue. Wow
@DellCares No you don’t. You have had 30 days. You don’t follow up- you offer NO solutions and you ship computers that do not work. You keep our money for weeks and weeks- the original @MichaelDell business model. Bravo. After 1000 Dell computers this is our last.
