@ola_supports really bizarre your team is unable to revert a basic question ? I have a wallet balance 599 and due is 932 so simply I want to pay difference amount before uninstalling Ola app and your team already took 7 days to calculate it .. horrible

@riteshagar Dear Mr.Agarwal, I paid partial for my booking in Aug and now 1 day before our arrival I saw on your app my hotel is changed, contacted your staff they said nearby venue hotels are now full and we don’t have tie up with other available hotels so can’t do much ??
@riteshagar do you know without informing me they shifted my booking to a bar cum hotel whereas I am travelling with kids and it’s not for 1 day it’s for 5 days..
@OYO4U No solution was provided.. can you tell me what solution was provided? A hotel of low category and not near by location is it a solution ?? When all the hotels are already full now u want me to force for below category hotel?
@OYO4U Best efforts? Via e-mail you refused to provide solution.. as an alternate I suggested you 4 hotels name (I am not asking Taj or oberoi) of same categories but you want me to put in only oyo tie up even if it’s 40 km or low category hotel.. is it a solution??
