A rich kid in India can get a driver's licence at home without even taken a test.
And, entire India is a playground for his/her luxury car.
If he kills a poor person, he/she can get away by writing an essay.
Corruption exists everywhere.
But, in India the issue is that the corruption hits you in daily life.
[1] See the footpath that was supposed to get built? (eaten by corruption)
[2] See the roads that were supposed to be smooth? (eaten by corruption)
[3] See the laws that were supposed to be equal for all? (eaten by corruption)
If you are still a defender of any political party, you are just a brainwashed person, who can't see facts.
Your goal is not better systems/processes.
Your goal is seeing the leader you like, sit on the Throne.
"Only 3% pay direct income tax" is not a justificstion for draconian taxes on those 3%
A solution is to widen the tax base. Start taxing rich farmers who make more than 25L per year.
This requires political guts.
If a political party does not have the guts to do that, its defenders should simply acknowledge that we have draconian taxation. And shut up, when others dare to speak on this topic.
Doctors associated with RG Kar Hospital have been talking about multiple culprits, most with strong political connections, in the rape and murder case. They also mentioned that some kind of racket was operating there.
The organized mob attack on the hospital last night, just hours after the CBI took over the investigation, can only be a political conspiracy aimed at destroying as much evidence as possible. The fact that this happened so unapologetically and in plain sight only suggests that very powerful people are involved in the case.
Or perhaps, behind the facade of public opposition, every political party is entangled in a sinister web of mutual support, playing the people for fools to serve their own agendas. Bengal is on the brink, and if it falls, India may follow. The time to act is now before we lose it
Elites sit in their Ivory towers, preaching that the next 10 years belong to India.
What they don't tell you is: the next 10 years belong to them.
You are just a cheap labour that will provide the leverage for them to build another Ivory tower.
The last 4 years, were golden years for Indian stock investors.
Not just because people made money. But, because of the fact: that people took notice of stock markets. And, really wanted to learn about it.
In a low financial literacy country like India, things were finally moving.
Not because of some government mandate but because of lack of options:-
- Real Estate was beyond reach for most.
- FD was not making sense given the high cost of living
- EPF/PPF rates hardly increased since 2001
So people saw stock investing as a way to build wealth.
The new taxation definitely discourages new investors in the stock market.
And also highlights the point: that if retail starts making money somewhere, taxes will follow.
-Today : Let us hide our names so that Hindus come to our restaurant/shops.
-Tomorrow : Let us hide our identity so that Hindu girls don't refuse our proposal, and get ready to marry us.
-Day after tomorrow : Let us hide our identity so that govt allows us to enter India
They know they're wrong, they know their demands are illegal, they know rules which they've been asked to follow are the same for all but still they want special privileges, because they know this country is full of secular scums who can go to any extent to appease them....
Out of 100 Unicorn founders in India: 30 people are from IIT Delhi, 18 from IIT Bombay and 16 from IIT Kanpur.
A good formal education from an elite institute helps provides a strong network, funding opportunities & an ecosystem of highly intelligent peers.
With the freelancing world picking up. And, many kids wanting to become YouTubers, more and more people question the need of formal college education.
They are partially correct. Average/bad colleges are dying a fast death. However, education from an exceptional college still holds value.
Who knows what would happen in the future.
But, the compounding benefits of a strong pedigree is still massive.
The Maharashtra CM has announced a Rs 11 crore reward for the Indian cricket team for winning the World Cup.
It's understandable when the BCCI announces prize money, but why should the govt do it using your tax money?
It would still be acceptable if the players were poor, the board was poor, the sport wasn't popular, and some players had gone out of their way to win something big despite having little or no facilities.
When an ordinary poor person dies due to govt negligence, they get a compensation of 2-5 lakhs, but cricketers, who are already rich, will be given crores for winning a cup.
Why do the judges show sympathy for the criminals instead of the victims?
Sheikh Asif Ali rapes and murders a 6 year old girl, and instead of saying this monster robbed her of her dreams, future, her whole life, and traumatized her parents and siblings for life, and deserves nothing but death, they say things like, "He is a family man," "His mother is old, and he has two unmarried sisters," "He is a good cricket and football player," and "He prays to God many times a day," and then commute the death sentence to life imprisonment.
This is not an isolated example. Have seen so many cases where the sympathy of judges lies with the criminal. Even the 'every sinner has a future' case, where the criminal had raped and killed a 4-year-old, also received their sympathy.
Supreme Court of India should also know this
1. Limited seats for GC
2.High Cut-off
3.High Competition
4.High Societal pressure
5. Hate Speech for GC
6. Fake SC/ST Act
7. Zero benefits from govt.
8. Paying huge Tax
Still not deserving after scoring more than 95 Marks !
When students lose hope that even national level exams can't be fairly conduced-- formal education loses its meaning.
Up until this point: many kids slogged their way through schools/tuitions, with the hope: that one day they will get into a good 'college'. And, their life will be set.
This is NOT the case anymore.
Exams are being unfairly conducted.
Even IITs are struggling to place their students.
These are just plain facts.
One has to be a moron not to see such things.
I have young kids. And, I see 0 value in sending them to formal schools in India.
Schools these days seems to be deeply regulated: right from which books, to which chapter, to who should teach, class mix and everything.
And, this is not yielding results. But, hey who cares?
All done to 'protect' the interest of general public.
Now, the general public:
- Overpays for pathetic education at schools.
- Overpays for additional tuitions/coaching.
- And, will now overpay for time lost on preparing for such exams.
We are well on our way to becoming a jobless economy.
Give any three reasons why this corrupt person is still the Education Minister?
NEET leaked
UGC NET cancelled.
This man and his ministry are playing with the future of lakhs of students. #UGCNET
When you talk about the corrupt reservation system then you are not casteist. Infact we strongly believe in Equality.
When you give seat to someone with 0 marks but reject 90 marks, you promote Casteism & not us !!
Ayushi Patel harmed the cause of NEET aspirants and their genuine concerns.
Ayushi claimed she scored 715 based on the answer key but received a result with a different application number showing only 335 marks. She also claimed that the NTA informed her that her OMR sheet was torn.
Ayushi's videos making these claims went viral. She got huge support from political parties. Even Priyanka Gandhi raised voice for her.
But, Allahabad High Court found that Ayushi's documents were forged and that she was lying in all her claims. NTA also presented her original undamaged OMR sheet in court.
Now, Court allowed the NTA to take legal action against her.
Her forgery and lies harmed the genuine concerns of NEET aspirants.
Ayesha Rashan, a 19 yr old Pakistani girl undergone a successful heart transplant surgery in India.
A 7-year-old boy from Bihar is waiting from the 6 years to receive heart surgery.
Only possible in ultra validation seeking society!🤡
A woman Panchayat Samiti member was allegedly attacked within the BDO office premises after being invited to attend the meeting in Bengal.
This happened this evening, hours after Ravi Shankar Prasad gave a stern warning to the Bengal administration. I'm surprised. How can violence still happen when Prasad Ji has already said that Mamata Ji, you should be ashamed.
We all were predicting that Prasad Ji's warning would run shivers down the Bengal administration's spine, but it didn't happen. How shocking! If 'spasht aur kathor shabdon mein ninda' can't stop this violence, I don't know what else can.
