@AlomZohir yes, since this is a diversion from s. 200 of crpc where hearing the accused at pre cog stage was not mandatory, therefore we're seeing these interpretations of court in regard to BNSS. you can expect to see many in future in regard to this examination of accused.
@sanjayuvacha This is just a ragebait headline, the entire caselaw resolves around husband's mere oral allegations that his wife is having an affair, he however failed to give any evidences to substantiate his oral claim whatsoever, this is what the case revolved around.
people criticising the SC judgement of bhumika trust merely hate the fact that it makes judiciary a lucrative option for young generation, and that we can get more young magistrates. the issue was always of ego.
at this point it's not about refund, it's about absolutely shitty behaviour from swiggy and swiggy's customer care and delivery partners, i am never gonna order from swiggy again, this is totally unacceptable, treating customers like shit. @SwiggyCares@Swiggy
this is such a shitty behaviour from both Swiggy and the customer care executive and the delivery partner who just said to ask for refund if the order is eaten. this is absolutely shitty. i am gonna file a consumer case against this issue if appropriate action is not take.
