Instead of waiting, I started building skills and, more importantly, building relationships.

My first entry level job, with no prior work experience, paid seven figures in naira. Since then, I've worked with companies and brands across different countries.

If you're still in university, don't wait until graduation to start your career.

Take LinkedIn seriously. Build your network. Talk to people. Share what you're learning.
