@fulmetaljackoff But the thing w counting cals is that it's easy to get it stuck in your head obsessively so Beware. Just make sure u keep ur meals in and cut sweet Drinks because drinks can have a lot of cals but u will remain hungry
@fulmetaljackoff Calorie counting Is a slippery slope but its the most realistic way to lose weight and if u get exercise in too that will help a lot (when I lost 40lb I was always too lazy so I get it if u dont wanna but it would help) just make sure you're still eating full meals
