When we returned from our “visit” to the school library @GES_Revere, we wrote in our response journals. Students answered the question “what do you like to do at the library?” Thank you Mrs Pokharel @Garfield_ESL for coming with us and helping us with our writing.

After learning about the library as part of our community unit, we took a “trip” up to the fourth floor school library @GES_Revere . Students were excited to experience an actual library and see the vocabulary words that we learned about (books, shelves, librarian, etc).

I have a very picky eater in my Kindergarten class at @GES_Revere and he was soooo excited about today’s lunch. I sent his mom a picture and she responded Thank you, He said the pizza was “real”

Today we went for a walk in the neighborhood looking for signs. The students were so excited to see so my signs near the school that were in the story that we read this week “City Signs”. Ask your child about the signs we read as we walked around the Garfield neighborhood.
