@virginmedia many customers in Broseley are struggling with intermittent issues with internet service (this was before the heat 🥵) Your online service status test doesn’t appear to be working and can’t find our kit (we are using it, it’s here!) please sort the issue.
@virginmedia It says it couldn’t connect to our broadband kit 🤷🏼♀️ it’s an intermittent issue that many people are having, not just us. So it isn’t our connection. The connection drops and re-connects. Didn’t happen when we switched and were assured it wouldn’t happen. Lots of unhappy people 🙁
Once again I am receiving @HalifaxBank emails for another person. I don’t bank with @HalifaxBank. They assured me it would be sorted. That was in February 😡
@HalifaxBank Why is it so difficult to get you to stop sending some woman’s banking emails to me? Who can I complain to? I don’t have this problem with the bank I do bank with!

@HalifaxBank how can I get you to stop emailing me about someone else’s account? I’ve reported it numerous times. Forwarded it to security department and fraud department and nobody cares. I’ve phoned 3 times! This has been going on months
