everyone is about to see DUNE: PART TWO starting today so I’d like to try and reset some realistic expectations.

If you’re chronically on this site you’ve been subjected to “masterpiece… greatest sequel of all time” takes for the last week, and that’s just not a healthy way to go into a film.

have fun! be excited! but don’t hype yourself out of enjoying something good just because you so badly want it to be great. whatever idea you have in your head of the film I’m fairly certain it won’t be that - embrace the cinematic unknown, block out this noise, and enjoy the ride.

It means Immortal, Warrior and Godly!
