Russia has launched nearly 1,000 drones at Ukraine since the beginning of Oct. 14, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

According to Zelenskyy, Russia responded to another attempt by the U.S. President to reduce the intensity of strikes with new waves of attacks targeting Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, residential buildings, and other facilities.

Over the past several days, Russia has launched multiple waves of ballistic missile strikes, while Shahed attack drones have been in Ukrainian airspace almost continuously.
