My take is simple. Not a personal shot at the work these groups do to help your programs function.

However this structure and their involvement in the hiring/termination process is unhealthy for the growth of the sport here.

@MOLacrosse I’ve been around the area long enough to positively say your “parent boards” do more harm than good for the growth of the game. Short-term interest doesn’t lead to long term stability. Sad.
