you know it's time to rant when I open Twitter. Just spent almost an hour with Support Chat on a question that should have taken max 10 minutes to answer. What happened to support mails, at least that way I would send it and not have to wait real time for a stupid answer?

I am the worst at replying to messages, always takes me 5-7 days minimum to reply. I used to start my messages by "sorry for the late reply" but at this point people know not to expect a message for a while so I just reply as if nothing happened 😅
