@piersmorgan The unfortunate thing about free speech is that everyone is allowed their opinion even if we disagree with it. I'm speaking about everyone when I say free speech doesn't make your views right. Facts can be viewed subjectively. The only truth is the word of God!

@piersmorgan Seems so unreal this happened before the rally in the UK. I can see violence and bloodshed from both sides as a result and Charlie's wife will also be the victim of people that want to get back at Charlie. I pray for peace but equally understand that free speech must be protected

@antmiddleton Genuine question here. Am I right in saying that only the union jack is permitted to be put up according to the UK gov website? Is that why the council's are taking down the England flags? Why isn't anyone putting up Welsh or Scottish flags?

@dshensmith I agree but there would need to be a "grace" period to give the new government a chance. I would say a year is reasonable as the minimum period before a general election could be triggered through a sense check vote by the public.

@LeeAndersonMP_ As always, the devil is in the detail. On face value I agree with the data. It would be interesting to find out how the share of emissions is calculated. Does it include practices such as exporting for processing by other countries & does it include all industries like shipping?

@dshensmith @RachelReevesMP A friend of mine has shown me the official correspondence from his company that is proposing to make changes to the pension contributions they pay as a direct result of the Autumn budget 2024 increased employers' NI contributions. This is a company with nearly 50k employees!

@Jenny_1884 I agree but more focus is needed on sorting out illegal immigration. Tax payers money is covering increased costs associated with people that don't belong here. For example the insane council tax increases is mainly due to increased unemployment and temporary shelter costs.
