@scottscottscot Escucho audiolibros cuando hago cardio en el gym, voy en bici a la oficina, o cuando hago tareas del hogar. (Cocinar, ordenar, lavar, planchar, etc.) Leo antes de dormir o si tengo un tiempito durante el día. Obvio que cuenta y ayuda mucho cuando eres una persona activa.
