Thanks to @Shelter for their recent 'Rents rises vs. wage rises' research. Nottingham City shows a huge disparity between rents and wages and the shortage of affordable housing will only make this worse.

Between 2011-2017, rents rose by 11%, whilst wages rose only by 4%

Worrying to see that #Nottingham City has an overall digital exclusion level of Medium. For comparison, Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe have a Low level. Given that #UniversalCredit is fully digital and is bring rolled-out in October this is a concern.
