Why?
This isn’t the first time Catholics have taken a political stance, using their propaganda to portray Russians as enemies of the “Western world.”
You’ve been on this side before, Catholics blessing Hitler in his “holy war” against the communists. Nothing has changed; Russians are portrayed as savage barbarians.
A Slavic civil war is raging on the territory of the divided Russian state, and “aggression” is not the right word to describe Russia’s actions.
On Ukrainian territory, fanatical Ukrainian nationalists are persecuting, beating, and humiliating Orthodox Christian believers of the Russian Orthodox Church, and we have never once heard a word of support or concern regarding this issue.
This is understandable: the Roman Catholic Church is a strictly political organization operating under the guise of the Church of Christ, using faith to serve its own interests in controlling people’s minds.
