@MulberryEngland WORST customer service I have ever experienced at Rockafeller location in NY today. The manager was shockingly appalling and repeatedly ignored requests from your customer services phone team to issue a credit note for a faulty product. Lost a lifelong customer!

@HSBC_UK @HSBC 30 years as a premier customer and your team are saying the only way I can open an additional bank account is to downgrade all my accounts from premier...it's much easier apparently to get decent service when you are not premier. Seems bonkers?!

@GOVUK you are killing me here! Son’s passport has been in process since March 6 but no update since March 22 - applied for emergency document at consulate in NY - you took my £100 but not ONE SINGLE appointment at ANY point in time. Whaddaya want me to do here?!? 🤢🤢🤢
