@united I wrote in about a 90 minute flight delay last month and got a generic reply back. I followed up immediately after TWICE without a response. This is quite disappointing and I’m expecting some remediation

@united please don’t test my marriage AGAIN by offering only one of us the #unitedpolaris upgrade! Happened to us on the way to Europe - we gave up the seat to be able to sit next to each other. Hopefully this time we’ll both be upgraded and sit next to each other that way 🙏🏻

So excited to try @EatChicknrice, but needs work on QA. My piece of chicken had way more skin and rice lacked flavor compared to my husband’s plate. Mango sticky rice had 2 HUGE chunks of mango that were not evenly distributed.

@SouthwestAir The reason for our delay was never announced. My friends who were delayed were able to get compensation.
