What's going on @British_Airways? Not enough staff to check us in at ABZ. Not enough buses to take us from the aircraft to terminal 5. Landed at 1pm and I'm still waiting for my baggage, as shock horror, there aren't enough baggage handlers. No communication at all. Raging.
