@MartyneHarris Btw mine is set slightly lower than it should be, you can also email myzone and ask them to change it. If it is too high (as a rough guide use 220 minus your age) email myzone Thru the app and they will reset for you

@MartyneHarris Yeah so you set it up initially but if your heart rate constantly gets close to the max myzone will push it up and reset it. You can check it here Settings > My Profile > Max HR
