@News12LI Frontier has been horrible an absolutely disgusting the way they are not helping their customers!!! I was supposed to travel the end of March, NY to Tampa, I had to cancel for obvious reasons, I wasn’t offered a refund, only gave me 90 days to use booking!!! Really!

that I could understand was, “it’s policy”. Now they offered, which I had no choice to take, convert to miles, must use in 6 months!I can’t take time off from work in 6 months!Also, I lost the $70 I spent on the carry on I had to pay for and my seat,$30!Other airlines refunded
