Incredible demonstration of hover control and head stabilization from a kestrel surfing the breeze along the top of South Stack Cliffs, Wales, captured by @ZedAnthony
@EE - I've been out of the house 3 times this week and on none of those occasions have I been able to get voice or data. Are there ongoing issues in TA6 or is this scheduled maintenance? Having a phone that only works on WiFi is a bit poor.
Does 4D give you Jedi abilities?
Absolutely. It allows teams to plan, experience, and rehearse the future. Surely this is a power all projects can benefit from?

@SarahK_BIM_4D @4Dconstruct@CambridgeCDBB @UKBIMAlliance @BIM_PLUS@WomeninBIM "The trouble with BIM is that they work in silos and then put things together and see where they clash, which slows the design up. They should just talk to each other all the time and not make things clash in the first place"
@SarahK_BIM_4D @4Dconstruct@CambridgeCDBB @UKBIMAlliance @BIM_PLUS@WomeninBIM OK probably not the worst... but annoying that there's still a lack of understanding. I mean "we're OK because we have a level 5 model" 🤔
Looking forward to presenting with Shohreh Ghorbani at the Project Control Academy on Sept 24th with Chris Needham and David-John Gibbs.
Encouraging to see adoption and demand for #4D from the global planning community.

4D doesn't add value, if you don't use the model
4D doesn't bring insight, if you don't include your team
4D only tells us what we already know, if you do it too late
4D takes too long to update ... if you haven't set it up well
4D is expensive, if you do it wrong
Any more?
@antony_brophy @AndyBoutle @PCSG_World@ViewpointcsUK Can't imagine putting an activity for every single document to be produced in a P6 programme though. Cross referencing the P6 need dates to dates in the midp makes more sense
@AndyBoutle @PCSG_World Otherwise you have the SH approach... but you know about that one already 😆 tbh the 1 master list using filters to split into task specific makes more sense to me than federating tidps

We're intent on getting 4D on every project. We're starting by sharing knowledge and raising awareness.
