@AmericanAir Nothing really to discuss. They told us no flight crew came in the night before so surely you all knew before the flight from STL to mia at 5:00 am would surely be canceled. I rebooked on my own to Miami and then on to Aruba on Southwest. I totally get the weather etc.

Pretty crappy that you can just change someone’s ticket from first class to coach especially with no notification. Still seats open. Third time now it’s happened.
