@HiltonHotels I was told by corporate this was a property matter. And to the property, it didn't matter. I just wanted to make sure my experience was heard and not invalidated like it was by the hotel contacts.

@HiltonHotels Fortunately, I didn’t bring any home w/ me. But I’m so disappointed in the lack of customer service from both the hotel & Hilton corporate. Their response? A measly $36. That was their idea of compensation for bed bugs, bites, ruined clothing & a completely disrupted trip.
