In NY, where your friend @NassauExec Bruce Blakeman has a chance to win, #Teachersforchoice, @bravest4choice, @cops4freedom , @JohnDMacari and so many more are completely unmotivated to get out the vote - or to vote themselves!

There needs to be an Executive Order for the unvaxxed American worker, just like the August 10 EO:

Suggested Immediate Actions:

1. Issue an executive order similar to the one from August 10, but this one would focus on the American worker as opposed to American children. In it you would direct the DOJ to sue states and cities that did not honor religious or medical exemptions to vaccination during Covid.

2. Stop providing federal funds to states and municipalities that refuse to reinstate workers fired over the Covid vaccine mandate; especially where workers first amendment rights to religious accommodation were illegally denied.

3 . Instruct the DOJ to intervene in cases that already exist seeking to reinstate and compensate fired unvaccinated workers. For a comprehensive list of such cases please reach out to me or @maryhollandnyc

Some members of the NYC Council are fighting for the reinstatement of an individual whose immigration status was previously found to be unlawful.

@NYCMayor why aren’t you showing the same urgency for thousands of city employees who lost their livelihoods over the COVID-19 vaccine mandate!?

These were sanitation workers, firefighters, teachers, police officers and other public servants who kept our city running through the darkest days of the pandemic. Many were terminated after years of dedicated service, separated from their careers, pensions, and benefits.

New Yorkers deserve consistency and fairness. If City Hall believes in second chances and restoring employment opportunities, then that principle should apply to the men and women who devoted their careers to serving this city.

We need the entire NYC Council and the Mayor to stop cherry picking and choosing who is worthy of compassion and stand up for the hardworking municipal employees who were left behind.

Indeed--while @nycschools kicked out tenured, non-disgusting educators just because we spoke up for ourselves and declined to take a #Covid19 shot, it somehow left repulsive sex predators in jobs they clearly should not hold.

Bet this guy will also GET DUE PROCESS and is still getting paid, while #unvaccinated educators got none during the Vax Mandate illegal terminations.
