@lucasnassarrr @EmiratesSupport @BBCNews Everyone appreciates that business has to continue but perhaps this is where the UK government could step in. The UAE government say that they have provided all of those things but for my friends who are stranded that simply is not true.

There should be restrictions on what seats can be sold in this crisis. If flights cannot be upheld for stranded families who have already paid for their journey home then they should be allocated whatever is available. Emirates might be a business but this is immoral 😡

@BBCNews One single flight, at a charge may I add, but only if you’re vulnerable. Does vulnerable include small children who have ALREADY paid for a flight home but are being left stranded? Disgusting. Don’t bother with your attempts at fake sympathy. No one believes a word.

@EmiratesSupport terrible, terrible lack of assistance from yourselves and @loveholidays a young family stranded in Dubai and neither will respond with any helpful advice. Flight to UK cancelled advised to rebook when possible but no way to do that and no extended hotel stay 😡
