Listening at The Bitcoin Treasuries Conference in NY to discussion of how the market is increasingly viewing both Bitcoin and gold as the ‘debasement’ trade to hedge against the poor global macro outlook. Should bode well for Stack’s proposed acquisition of Direct Bullion and Stack’s thesis that Bitcoin and gold sit well together.

Today we announced heads of terms for our proposed first acquisition: Direct Bullion, a UK precious metals dealer with £52.1m audited revenue and an operating profit before non-recurring items of £3.86m and profit after tax of £2.15m in FY26.
