CUSTOMER UPDATE NOTICE

We’ve spoken to the young lady who took ill in store today, and we’re very glad to say she’s coming round well. ❤️

A huge thank you to our wonderful team who dropped everything at their stations to help, you really are unsung heroes.

We’d also like to apologise to the couple of customers who had to leave without their food after a long wait. From the moment we opened, it was non stop until we had to close, and the team worked as hard as possible to get orders out quickly. That said, we know some people were unhappy and irritate but a human life will always come before any food order, and we will always stand by that.

Sadly, we’ve experienced a similar incident in the past where we lost a dear friend and team member, so we know how serious these situations can become if not dealt with immediately and professionally.

To the young lady, wishing you a speedy recovery! ❤️
