I see teenagers working much longer hours than most adults do at their full time jobs and so many young people are exhausted. As a foster parent, the blurring of lines between home and school is so challenging

@SteveChalke Last night I had to stop my 11 year old from continuing to bang his head against a wall as a result of the sheer pressure of secondary school and how overwhelmed he’s feeling… 11!!! Today he’s gone into school happily - but in school he is continuously masking his anxiety
