@JanSport I just spoke with @JanSport Canada again and they will not do anything even though the item is not true to colour. Price to post it back is half the cost of the item - I don’t think I’ve experienced customer service this disappointing in a very long time!

Looks like Switch Health have resourcing issues in their labs which has resulted in 16+ day quarantines for Canadians. Completely Unacceptable.

@mattgallowaycbc Canadian quarantine exemptions completely reduce the effectiveness of this Covid measure. My husband is quarantining in our basement right now due to essential travel back to NZ, yet he’s on Day 16 as his last Covid test (taken 6 days ago) hasn’t come back yet.

@CanadianPM Justin, how do we implement a bullet proof quarantine process? My husband is in quarantine, and let me tell you, it’s all about self-discipline. We can’t rely on individuals to self-isolate, we need a proper quarantine process that PROTECTS Canadians from variants.
