Just as a little reminder, for many creators, AVN is not essential or even often profitable. There will be plenty more this year and next year, and with ticket prices, hotel, airfare, the flu/cold/covid you will most likely get... These events often cost more than you earn

If you're a model going to AVN who can get a refund on your flight, I highly encourage it. This year will be socially tense and most models notoriously take a financial loss on conventions (me included). Even if the strike ends I don't think it will be the same.
