Yesterday, I created my own server
In less than a day, we are at 150+ members. It's clear how many of us needed a dedicated space to track our daily wins, and lock in together
I welcome you all to the stackychan's basement: https://t.co/A0xI89QQup

I am starting again now. Need some motivation from you guys
@Palakonweb@GooglePlay@Google@GoogleIndia It will be refunded in 2-3 days dw. Actually similar thing happened to me 4-5 months back when I canceled my discord nitro 1 day before the trial ended but still the amount was deducted. I emailed them about this, but it was shortly refunded back
For me, I saw a lot of creators on ig reels, building in public.
I was not gonna make ig reels obviously because I was just starting out coding, so gemini suggested me to also post on X in addition to Linkedin. I followed that advice. Infact at one time, I completely stopped posting on LinkedIn and only posted here 😅
ezsnippet definitely motivated me a lot ngl
What made you join tech twitter?
For me it was a reel from @ezisnippet about build in public
Then I made my acc on tech twitter, started sharing about my projects , got my first free lance from this platform.. monetized my acc learnt alot from here made so many good connections now almost 5k..
Quote this with yours.
Here's mine:
Ever since I graduated high school, I have always felt like a loser. I thought things would change but I was wrong. I wasted all my high school years (wasn't serious + covid) as well as first 2 years of my Btech.
Then one day, reality hit me and I realized nobody was going to hand me a future. I had to build it myself.
I started to code for the first time in my 4th semester, a time when a lot of students are doing internships. I know I was late. But I have kept on going ever since.
I started this account on 25th January, 2026. Intially, joined X because of 2 reasons:
> Social accountability
> I was tired on LinkedIn because no connection there felt real (yk what I am talking about 🙂)
And then gradually day by day, I kept posting and building connections. I hit 600 followers after 3.5 months of documenting my journey and posting consistently.
Haven't been active since May 26th. I have my end semester exams from 11th - 30th June which includes 2 previous backlogs too. I have to push myself to limits this month. Wish me luck
Share the lore of you joining X 👀
Here's mine:
Since joining college, I always struggled to find ambitious, like-minded people around me.
I thought joining clubs would help, so I joined pretty much every good tech club in my college hoping to connect with people who were building cool things and seniors I could learn from.
But even after that, it still felt like something was missing. The environment I wanted just wasn't there.
That's when I decided to join X.
I wanted to stay updated with what's happening in tech, but more importantly, I wanted to be around people who were building, learning, and sharing their journey publicly.
Since the beginning, my goal wasn't just to consume content but to create it as well
I also wanted a place to document my journey. It helps me track progress and stay accountable
So on December 9, I started the #100DaysOfCode challenge.
One post a day. Just showing up and sharing what I was learning.
And it worked.
I completed the challenge, made some great friends along the way, and found the kind of environment I was looking for in the first place.
Today, 1.5k+ people are following along with my journey, which is honestly something I never expected when I made that first post.
Your turn :)
