@AAASafety After waiting 5hrs today and 4hrs last night, my dad called a towing co. He’s paid AAA for a membership for courtesy towing, which never showed. The Co. he called arrived w/in 30 minutes. 9 hrs and AAA provided nothing but lame excuses. Please, do better.

@AAACares Last nite @ 5pm, my 78yo dad called for a tow. He waited 2 hrs before someone in a car showed up just to verify the car wouldn’t start. @9:30 pm, we picked him up and left the car. This morning at 7:30 he was told a tow was on the way. 9:30 nothing. Do better
