@British_Airways My July 4 BA direct flight from AUS to LHR on was canceled. The flight was rescheduled to July 5th on AA1282 through Dallas. The compensation form allowed me to only choose the rebooked AA flight rather than the canceled BA flight causing the claim to be refused.
